The Cromarty tennis court is a fantastic all-weather court built in 2013. It is located in the Victoria Park behind the Victoria Hall (High Street, Cromarty, Ross-shire). The court is run and maintained by the Cromarty Tennis & Sports Club and membership is open to both locals and visitors.

Summary Update: as from Friday 12th March, it is permitted to use the courts again for both singles and doubles, though doubles must maintain physical distancing. Max of 4 people from 2 households (no household limit for U18s).

Using the court
Membership to the club is available for all on a yearly basis and is also available for non-members for daily use. Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult.
There is a small fee of £5 per hour for visitors or a weekly fee of £25. This can be paid at Cromarty Post Office, where equipment can also be hired, or with any Club committee member (see below). Racket hire costs £2 per racket and a refundable deposit of £20 is required. Cromarty Post Office (Tel: 01381 600201) is located a short walk from the court, on Bank St opposite Cromarty Stores.
There is also a tennis ball machine that can be hired for a fee of £8 per 1/2 hour. Contact any one of the committee members (below) for use.
